Executive Director
HSIEH Tsui-Yu earned her undergraduate degree in Law from Soochow University and Master’s degree in Sociology from Lancaster University in the UK. Having served as executive vice president of the Public Television Service, deputy director of the National Theater and Concert Hall, head of business affairs of the General Association of Chinese Culture, and senior secretary in the Office of the Minister of the Council for Cultural Affairs, she has wide-ranging experience in the performing arts and cultural policy, well-versed in administration and cross-disciplinary coordination. She has also been committed to the media content development of the Public Television Service.
