Venue Rental Guidelines

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Organizations: Government agencies; public and private schools at all levels under the Ministry of Education, including academic departments and student organizations; and legal entities, institutions, organizations, companies, and businesses legally established or registered in the Republic of China (Taiwan).
2. Individuals: Individuals who are at least 20 years old and hold Republic of China (Taiwan) nationality.
3. Commissioned Organizations: If the Applicant is commissioned to organize or carry out an event, formal supporting documentation, such as a commission agreement or official letter, must be provided.
4. Bank Account: The Applicant must hold a New Taiwan Dollar (NTD) account with a domestic or foreign bank authorized by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) to conduct banking business in Taiwan, for the purpose of processing the security deposit refund.
