Launched in 2022, the Creative Base for Animators occupies C-LAB’s Dormitory A, transforming the three-story facility into a motion capture studio, classrooms, multi-functional spaces, and offices. Each space is tailor-designed to flexibly accommodate different stages from project conception to production and distribution.
C-LAB works with the Taiwan Animation & Visual Effects Association (AVA) to offer training courses, legal consultation, and investor matchmaking, leveraging computational capacities of the National Center for High-performance Computing to offer real-time rendering and develop a creative community that supports the incubation and growth of Taiwan’s animation industries.
