The Operations Office oversees three departments: Administration, Construction & Maintenance, and Marketing & Public Programs. The Administration Department handles foundation operations, organizational staffing, financial management, and human resources. The Construction & Maintenance Department is responsible for building maintenance, security and cleaning services, site management and leasing, and equipment procurement and management. The Marketing & Public Programs Department oversees media relations and cross-sector collaboration, social media engagement, resource development, artistic and visual design, and publishing.
