The Social Innovation Lab was founded by the Small and Medium Enterprise Administration under the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Its mission is to encourage the development of social innovation models. It invites teams to participate in physical or virtual residencies. This building was formerly the Document and Telegram Center of the Air Force Command Headquarters, which was in charge of processing documents. Structurally, it appears as two buildings with a large connected basement. The basement is spacious in the center with closely packed columns along two sides and partitions along two sides. This unique design was intended to serve as a temporary air force command center in times of emergency.
