This space is formerly called the Zhongzheng Hall, which was the main assembly hall and activities center. Military era motivational quotes have been preserved on the walls. The current structure was built between 1967 and 1969, and was the second iteration of the hall used by the Air Force. It is fitted with substantial eaves which taper downward, and an entrance finished in terrazzo representative of its period. The main level has one wooden podium each to its left and right, while the floor space is single-level rather than multi-tiered as is typical of auditoriums, to accommodate types of activities required by the Air Force.
