2026 Wandering

With contemporary sound at its core, 2026 Wandering fosters dynamic dialogue across musical genres. Teaming up with exceptional artists from Japan, Canada, Austria, France, Germany, and beyond, the festival will present a captivating series of new creations, co-productions, and revived performances.

Here, artists are invited to break free from conventional creative frameworks and discover new possibilities of sound. The exciting lineup for 2026 Wandering includes live contemporary performances blending acoustic instruments with electronics; curated screenings from the Institute for Research and Coordination in Acoustics/Music (IRCAM) and Concours de Composition Acousmatique petites formes; cross-disciplinary showcases fusing electronic sound with immersive visuals; film concerts; and the Academy program. Across three distinct venues, tailored acoustic designs will seamlessly interweave with music, lighting, and interactive visuals, offering audiences a truly immersive and unforgettable audiovisual experience.
