The C-LAB Sound Festival: DIVERSONICS has established itself as a professional sound art brand in Taiwan and internationally. In recent years, under the invitation by domestic and foreign organizations for collaborations and exchanges, the TSL team has continued on a wide range of interdisciplinary productions with institutions, artists, and creative groups from different fields through close exchanges. For the fourth C-LAB Sound Festival, a diverse lineup of new and innovative programs is offered across six major sections: Contemporary Masters / Classics, New Contemporary Music/Sounds, MR: New Soundscape, Dance & Music/Sounds, Sound Installation & Performance, and Academy, featuring around 40 works comprising new pieces, co-creations, and re-creations by musicians and interdisciplinary artists. More than 200 professionals—spanning creators, performers, and technical specialists from Taiwan and abroad—participate in the festival which showcases artistic expressions and contents across generations through a repertoire ranging from historical masterpieces to groundbreaking experimental works. The enduring brilliance of masters intertwines with emerging artists’ free imagination, revealing the styles and aesthetics shaped by our time, as a look back to the past and a bold move toward the future.
