Site Regulations
- Any activities, filming, photography, or interviews conducted on the premises must be applied for in advance with the site operator, Taiwan Living Arts Foundation, in accordance with applicable regulations, and may only proceed upon approval. Unauthorized commercial activities, fundraising, solicitation, promotional activities, or surveys are prohibited.
- Election campaigning is prohibited on the premises. Visits by political parties, public office candidates, or their supporters during election periods are not permitted. Election-related notices or materials may not be posted anywhere on the premises.
- Any other conduct deemed by the site to interfere with, disrupt, or damage site operations, public order, public safety, environmental hygiene, ecological conservation, or the quality of visitors’ experience is prohibited.
- These regulations are established to ensure public safety and maintain a safe and orderly environment. Anyone who violates these regulations and fails to comply after being advised by site staff may be asked to leave the premises or be referred to the police for handling in accordance with applicable laws.
No drinking, gambling, or fighting.
No campfires or fireworks.
No damaging of flowers, trees or lanascape.
No smoking outside of smoking areas.
No dangerous items or controlled substances.
No use of drones.
No graffiti, putting up of posters, or destruction of facilities.
No vehicles except those used for official business.
Dogs must be kept on a leash. Please clean up after your dog.

MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station (Exit 3)
Walk along Zhongxiao East Road to the intersection of Jianguo South Road and Jinan Road. Approx. 10 minutes to the park’s West Entrance.
MRT Zhongxiao Fuxing Station (Exit 2)
Walk along Zhongxiao East Road and turn left onto Lane 248, continuing toward Ren’ai Road. Approx. 6 minutes to the park’s East Entrance.

Group Tour

Group Tour Reservation: History and Architecture of C-LAB
Explore the history and distinctive architecture of C-LAB through an outdoor walking tour, while learning about the site’s future development and vision. Step into a historic site that has evolved since 1941—from an industrial research institute during the Japanese colonial period, to a military site under the Nationalist government, and gradually into a contemporary cultural and artistic space. Discover the site’s multiple layers of history and its possibilities for future development.
Application Information
Eligibility
The tour is open to visitors of all ages. Visitors under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
Group Size
Group tour reservations are available for groups of 10 or more people, with a maximum of 30 people per group to ensure the quality of the guided tour.
For groups of more than 30 people, separate arrangements must be made. C-LAB will assess the request based on the availability of tour guides and site conditions, and may be unable to accommodate the request.
If a group does not reach the maximum capacity, C-LAB may, depending on circumstances, open additional spots to individual visitors on site or combine groups. C-LAB reserves the right to adjust group arrangements.
Tour Route: The entire Kong Zong Cultural Base, including the Heritage Building.

Group reservations must be submitted at least 10 days before the scheduled visit.
