During the exhibition period, three expert’s guided tours will be featuring CHU Feng-Yi, an independent curator and art critic, along with curators SHIH Ya-Tien and HUANG Yi-Hsuan. They will personally lead visitors through the exhibition, offering professional and clear insights into the theme, creative context, and content of the works. The tours focus on knowledge-based interpretation and enhancing the viewing experience, providing audiences with a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the exhibition from multiple perspectives.

Speaker Bio
▌ SHIH Ya-Tien
SHIH Ya-Tien is an independent curator and art writer. She approaches curating as a mechanism, a preposition, and a platform for diverse voices. Her curatorial research focuses on the concept of “participation,” integrating environmental and spatial contexts into her practice.
Her curatorial projects take shape across a range of media, including exhibitions, workshops, websites, publications, and radio. Her recent projects include Can We All Fit In? at the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, and the international touring project Put ’Em in a Box. She was selected for the Performing Arts Curator Academy at the Taipei Performing Arts Center, and shortlisted for the X-Site project at the Taipei Fine Arts Museum.
▌ CHU Feng-Yi
CHU Feng-Yi currently works as an independent curator and art critic in Taipei, Taiwan. He obtained his PhD in Asian and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Oxford, where his research focused on theories of identity, nationalism, social discourses, and political ideologies.
CHU‘s curatorial practice explores the integration of mysticism in art across cultures and eras through curatorial endeavors spanning exhibitions, research, and podcasts.
▌ HUANG Yi-Hsuan
HUANG Yi-Hsuan is currently a Specialist at C-LAB’s Contemporary Art Platform. Her curatorial and research practices focus on approaches to memory and mourning within Asian contexts. She regards exhibition production as a foundation for developing curatorial methodologies, and explores how exhibitions can function as an “interface” that connects artworks, spaces, and audiences.
Her recent curatorial projects include Trans-plant at the Audio Visual Pavilion, South Korea (2024); The Limit Is the Turbulent Skies at the MoNTUE, Taipei, Taiwan (2025); and Life Is a Hushed Pond at Glitch, Taichung, Taiwan (2026). She is also the author of the independently published artist’s book In the Abyss (2024) and a member of the curatorial collective Nn̄g Project.
