Once upon a time, there was the “1990s,” in which LGBTQ people started to construct identity and alliances in Taiwan. Through the project of “Representation, Resistance, Reconciliation: Tracing the History of Tongzhi Stigma in Taiwan,” we will hold 3 panels with experienced LGBTQ activists to discuss and trace the significant historical moments.
