"2018 Creators-Entering R&D/Creation Projects" seeks individuals or teams that are culturally oriented, experimental and exploratory, and oriented from research and development or exhibition presentation to plan-based entry in the park. The entry plan focuses on the process record of the action plan, and stirs up the diverse imagination of the plan in the experimental field. Encourage in-situ research/creation in combination with the community/community, and will conduct public discussion and process review during the period. It is hoped that the multiple creative ideas and the experimental aspect of Chen will drive people's new understanding and imagination of culture.

This year's plan is divided into laboratory-oriented thematic proposals and independent proposals. The former echoes the annual themes of C-LAB "Audiovisual Laboratory", "Memory Engineering Laboratory" and "Social Innovation Laboratory". Solicit the audiovisual creation experiment plan based on the local cultural context of Taiwan and introduce new senses/new body experience; for the historical investigation of various unfinished cultural schemes, use creative and cross-disciplinary investigation and collection as the research approach ; Various experimental proposals for the diversification and innovative spirit of green energy development.
