The Operations Office is a newly established unit for 2020 at C-LAB, whose role is to oversee the three Departments of Administration, Construction & Maintenance, and Marketing & Public Programs. The Administration Department is responsible for the operations of the Foundation, organizational staffing, financial accounting, and human resources. The Construction & Maintenance Department is responsible for building maintenance, security and cleaning staff, site management and leasing, and equipment procurement and safekeeping. The Marketing & Public Programs Department is responsible for media and cross-industry collaboration, social media engagement, resource development, artistic and visual design, and publishing.
