Art Space III (former Communications Division Dormitory) stands where a mid-sized water fountain once stood in the early days of Taiwan’s retrocession. Built between 1991 and 1997, it is a 2-story reinforced concrete dormitory building and one of the later additions on campus. Rectangular in plan with a simplified interior layout, the central corridor is the main circulation route, with the service stairways pushed to the outside of the main structure to the west.
