Performance
Alex GUEVARA-Transient

Transient is a full-dome format audiovisual concert. Based on random (stochastic) processes of image and ephemeral sounds evolving within time and space.

Microscopic elements are born from emptiness, moving and pulsating from light and sounds. It becomes a whole new universe within mere seconds. The swirls of particles and noise throb towards infinity, immerse from the screen, and penetrate the viewer’s skin to settle into nothingness and quiet in just an instant. The irregular rhythmic textures oscillate through the darkness and radiate with urgency and brevity of the moment. Here and now, another universe explodes and disappears. Its energy transforms into a new life as the circle of nature, scattered through time but carefully preserved by human and computer memories, created in the digital reality to make its emotional impact in a physical space.

Transient, Alex GUEVARA, 2019~2021.
