With contemporary sound at its core, 2026 Wandering fosters dynamic dialogue across musical genres. Teaming up with exceptional artists from Japan, Canada, Austria, France, Germany, and beyond, the festival will present a captivating series of new creations, co-productions, and revived performances.
The Play Arts Festival continues its role as a place of gathering while welcoming new curators from Ming Baï Lab – Lee Ming-Chieh and Baï LEE – alongside choreographer Liu I-Ling. Entitled Masks Convention, this year’s festival explores the masks worn and perceived by different communities, as well as the challenges faced in contemporary society, through playful encounters and humorous rituals.
Responding to the Skyward 2026's curatorial theme, FVL DOME becomes a new perceptual interface at the former aviation site, inviting audiences to rethink the relationships between humanity, technology, ecology, time, and space. In August, FUTURE VISION LAB @ Skyward will screen the selected fulldome films from previous editions, alongside the Taiwan premiere of award-winning pieces from “SAT Fest 2026” by the SAT – Society for Arts and Technology, as well as the live audiovisual performance.

The 2026 annual exhibition of Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab (C-LAB), WE Are Becoming, will take place from May 8 to August 16. Bringing together artists from nine countries—Taiwan, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia, Lithuania, and Peru—the exhibition presents 29 cross-media works. Audiences are invited to enter an ever-evolving cultural field and reconsider the role and possibilities of art in contemporary society.
