Boom! Equal Access extends from Boom! in Taiwan, a project initiated by the Goethe-Institut Taipei, Taiwan Contemporary Culture Lab (C-LAB), and Berlin-based Tactical Tech, in collaboration with local intergenerational learning platform Medium Well (七分熟). Focusing on the experiences of seniors aged 65 and above, the exhibition explores how they navigate a rapidly digitalizing world—where they are among the most active internet users, yet often left behind by the speed of technological change.
For its eighth edition in 2025, the Play Arts Festival centers on the "Sweet Spot"—a dynamic state of balance and resonance created through participation, game, and gathering. Shifting away from passive viewing, the festival invites audiences to generate their own sweet moments through personal choice, rhythm, and interaction with performers, spaces, and others. Featuring outdoor concerts, solo performances, hands-on workshops, immersive games, and live podcasts, the festival offers diverse opportunities for personal connection. By actively tuning in, participants explore how art creates sparks and define their own unique "sweet spots."

The 2025 Contemporary Art Platform annual exhibition explores the meanings and forces embedded in language through works addressing history, identity, memory, and cultural interpretation. Inspired by Mikhail Bakhtin's concept of polyphony, the exhibition brings together diverse artistic voices to examine the intersections of geopolitics, ethnicity, and gender. By amplifying multiple narratives, it invites audiences to engage with difference, foster dialogue, and envision new possibilities for mutual understanding in an increasingly fragmented world.
Tracing the evolution of lecture performance from 1970s visual art to contemporary practice, Heteroglossia – Lecture Performance Gathering highlights recent works in Taiwan's art scene. As the Contemporary Art Platform’s inaugural 2025 program, the three-day event features live performances and video screenings by Taiwanese artists. Through formats ranging from stand-up monologues and slide presentations to experimental soundscapes and deepfake technology, participating artists explore the narrative potential of language, voice, and body. The program invites audiences to examine how lecture performance crosses media boundaries and shapes subjectivity in the age of AI.
Body-Data Loop is a 3-year cross-cultural collaboration between Australia and Taiwan, featuring a live performance and installation. By combining language, dance, telecommunications, and projection, artists blur boundaries as human bodies are interpolated into data points. Their repetitive movements leave lingering shadows within the installation, creating an uncanny movement logic. Ultimately, the work collapses time, space, and self into a communal, ever-present memory held by the machine, where pluralism becomes the default state of being.
